I am actively recruiting for a highly regarded Microsoft solution provider, aiming to expand its award-winning team with a dedicated functional consultant/business analyst. If you possess previous experience in implementing Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012 within a partner or end-user environment and aspire to broaden your exposure through engaging greenfield projects, this opportunity might be ideal for you!

Projects will span diverse industries, with expertise in manufacturing, retail, supply chain, and professional/financial services. Collaborating with a skilled and like-minded team, these end-to-end projects will vary in scale from mid to enterprise levels, involving both Australian and global rollouts.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Project scoping, business process analysis, and functional requirement gathering
• Creation of functional design documents
• Installation & configuration, user acceptance testing
• Key user system training
• Go-live support and process improvement

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in the functional implementation of Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Proficiency across the entire functional project life cycle - analysis/design through to go-live
• Preferably, consultancy experience in a partner-based setting, but end-user experience is also considered
• Specialization in one or more process areas such as finance, retail, supply chain, HR, manufacturing
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent stakeholder/user management abilities
