Job Description
Our client, located in Hobart, is a rapidly expanding global company providing CRM solutions that assist numerous trading and rental firms in streamlining their daily operations. As their customer portfolio continues to grow, they are currently seeking a Functional Dynamics CRM Consultant.
Role:
- Collaborate closely with Functional Consultants in discussions regarding functional design and project scope, serving as a cooperative partner.
- Offer hands-on advice and translate it into achievable goals.
- Assess functional requirements and devise practical technical solutions.
- Participate in Dynamics CE migration projects, facilitating seamless transitions between various versions and systems.
- Provide valuable insights and guidance in formulating technical plans and project cost estimates. Offer advanced support for issue analysis and resolution.
- Implement custom adjustments to meet unique project requirements.
- Contribute to integration solutions that connect Dynamics 365 with other systems.
- Conduct code evaluations, monitor performance, and address any arising issues.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM.
- Proficiency in setting up Dynamics CRM/CE applications or a strong understanding of the setup process.
- Previous experience and familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Power are advantageous, with a willingness to learn on the job also highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to generate innovative solutions, automate processes, and leverage expertise for positive outcomes.
- Enjoyment in working within a diverse environment, encompassing remote work, office settings, and client locations, with a willingness to travel.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning, development, collaboration, and making meaningful contributions to the team.
