• Customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Troubleshooting and identifying issues with MS Dynamics CE and Power Apps, offering effective solutions.
• Collaborating with customers, users, and stakeholders for requirements gathering and active participation in workshops.
