As the successful candidate, you should bring a proven track record in client-facing roles and consulting, specifically in a Pre-Sales capacity. Your responsibilities will include conducting high-level presentations and demonstrations, enabling clients to comprehend software usage and grasp the potential benefits for their organizations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Professionals on prospective opportunities.
  • Support RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Engage intimately with customers to comprehend their business challenges, objectives, and detailed requirements.
  • Contribute to customer responses and proposals.
  • Participate in post-sale consulting handovers.
  • Provide input into product development roadmaps.

Your Profile:

  • Essential experience as a Solutions Consultant/Pre-Sales Specialist with extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365/CRM and its capabilities.
  • High-level proficiency in presenting and demonstrating products at the C-Level.
  • Post-sales support experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a national team.
