Job Description

I am currently seeking a Senior Architect for Dynamics CRM with a profound understanding and hands-on expertise in both the functional and technical aspects of D365 CE. In this role, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal part in overseeing diverse projects, encompassing system design, implementation, and support. As the Dynamics 365 CRM Architect, you will function as the in-house subject matter expert, specializing in solution design and the delivery of D365 CE in sales, service, and support. This presents an excellent opportunity to showcase leadership skills and assume additional responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Offer subject matter expertise and guidance for Dynamics CRM sales, service, and support capabilities.
• Facilitate discovery, documentation of business requirements, process engineering, mapping, and validation.
• Research and recommend technical architecture and business process decisions, executing tasks using Azure Dev Ops.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Solution Architecture with Dynamics CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Go Live Cutover.
• Extensive proficiency with Power Platform tools.
