Job Description
Our client, an international Non-Profit organization based in Canberra, is actively seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Technical Solution Architect. They aim to internally develop all their solutions as part of their ongoing global expansion. Recently launching their D365 Unified Operations and D365 Customer Engagement system, they now have an extensive pipeline of optimizations and upgrades to implement.
Responsibilities:
- Advocate for technical solutions across the Microsoft cloud platform, promoting the adoption of new features and technology.
- Lead the design and development of out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality and specific enhancements.
- Manage the technical application life cycle, deploying release updates and enhancements in the D365 environment.
- Act as a technical sparring partner for the implementation partner and other external collaborators, including code review before deployment to relevant environments.
- Identify technical risks and take necessary actions to mitigate or communicate them.
Requirements and Characteristics:
- In-depth and extensive knowledge of technical capabilities in Dynamics 365 CE, including relevant certification, showcasing proficiency in Dynamics 365 practices.
- Broad understanding of the software development life cycle, encompassing development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning, and live support.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft stack software capabilities (certification is a positive), including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement family of apps, PowerApps, LogicApps, Flow, and Dataverse (Common Data Service), Azure DevOps.
