My client is a reputable Microsoft Partner with a well-established, award-winning Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. They specialize in delivering technology and business system solutions to a diverse range of innovative, enterprise-level customers. The company has built an outstanding reputation for customer satisfaction and service efficiency, establishing itself as a recognized leader in its specific field.

What does my client need?

My client is in need of an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect, with a proven track record in Dynamics CE/CRM implementation. Successful candidates should possess a high level of technical understanding of the Dynamics 365/Power Platform product suite and demonstrate experience in the technical design and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions for multinational businesses. Additionally, my client is seeking a leader capable of driving and influencing change within the technical aspects of their practice, contributing to strategic growth and ensuring best practices in delivery.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Responsible for conceptualization and technical design of end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE deliveries to best satisfy customer requirements within constraints and best practice guidelines.
  • Play a key role within the CE Practice as a Lead, promoting technical best practices in delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with a senior team to build strategy and direction to ensure successful and complete growth of the practice.
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously and provide guidance to the wider team when required, including pre-sales discovery work.

Skill set

  • Proven experience in a senior technical consulting and lead capacity with Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform.
  • Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM and associated technologies.
  • Broad modular background/understanding, ideally across marketing, sales, and professional services.
  • Technical development background with strong customization, configuration, extension, and integration capability.
  • Confident management ability, demonstrated experience in team leadership/management.
