MS MECHANIX has partnered with this Tier 1 Top 4 Consulting Practice to assist in the quest for a Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join their delivery practice in Australia.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the business, collaborating closely with the Senior Management team to explore new business prospects across the Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform Stack, covering pre-sales and Discovery through to Deployment.

As the Lead Pre-Sales Architect, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), overseeing multiple concurrent projects. Your responsibilities include leading workshops, contributing to Fit Gap Analysis, overseeing System Design, and spearheading discovery and scoping engagements.

Your Profile:

  • Extensive consulting experience across the entire Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) implementation lifecycle, with profound experience in Sales and Customer Service modules; Field Services experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in conducting demonstrations and pre-sales activities with Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE as an underlying platform technology eco-system.
  • A solid grasp of various implementation aspects: Development, Infrastructure, Data Migration, Testing, Reporting/BI, and/or Integration.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices related to project estimation & planning and implementation methodologies, specifically Agile or Hybrid approaches.
  • Experience with preparing RFP, RFQ, and other bid response documents, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding client engagement skills, with the ability to effectively articulate a business-oriented solution, moving beyond mere CRM discussions.
