MS MECHANIX has partnered with this Tier 1 Global Consultancy to assist in the recruitment of a Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Solution Architect for their delivery practice in Melbourne.

This role is a key part of the business, collaborating closely with the Senior Management team to generate new business opportunities across the Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform Stack, covering pre-sales and Discovery through to Deployment.

As the Lead Pre-Sales Architect, you will be a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), providing oversight across multiple concurrent projects. Your responsibilities will include leading workshops, contributing to Fit Gap Analysis, overseeing System Design, and taking the lead in discovery and scoping engagements.

Your Profile:

  • Extensive consulting experience throughout the entire Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) implementation lifecycle, with deep expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules; Field Services experience is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with demonstrations and pre-sales activities involving Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Proven track record of implementing Dynamics 365 CE as an underlying platform technology eco-system.
  • A robust understanding of various implementation aspects: Development, Infrastructure, Data Migration, Testing, Reporting/BI, and/or Integration.
  • Experience with industry best practices related to project estimation & planning and implementation methodologies, specifically Agile or Hybrid approaches.
  • Experience in preparing RFP, RFQ, and other bid response documents, showcasing exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding client engagement skills, with the ability to genuinely articulate a business-oriented solution, moving beyond mere CRM discussions.
